JAKE STEIN
Founder & Managing Director
An accredited agent since 2024, Jake brings a unique perspective to athlete management, shaped by his own journey through elite sport. As a former world class decathlete who represented Australia, he understands the discipline, resilience and pressure required to perform at the highest level. He later transitioned into a professional AFL career, spending seven years across the GWS Giants and Gold Coast Suns and working as an AFLPA delegate.
Now an accredited AFLPA agent, Jake has turned his focus to supporting the next generation of talent. Through Stein Sports, he works closely with athletes across contract negotiations, career planning and commercial opportunities.
Having experienced the realities of elite sport firsthand, Jake offers more than traditional representation. His approach is built on genuine understanding, clear strategy and a long-term view, helping athletes navigate their careers with confidence both on and beyond the game, from draft day through to retirement.
